A renovated medieval ‘fulling’ or cotton mill, Fuller’s Mill combines period features, modern amenities, and a great location to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is within walking distance of many of Exmoor’s popular hiking and biking trails, Dunster village’s historic attractions, and several excellent pubs, cafes, and restaurants.

Skimbleshanks The Railway Hut

Skimbleshanks is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, based next to Dunster Railway Station. Uniquely situated next to the West Somerset Railway at Dunster Station, you have an enviable view of the steam trains as they pull into the station. It has a luxurious double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and log burner. Outside facilities include designated parking, outdoor seating, bbq, and fire pit.

The Old Police Station

Fully refurbished in 2018/19 the accommodation offers underfloor heating, en-suite with shower, king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, etc. lounge with dining area, front and back fenced gardens with seating, sun loungers & bike racks.

Chalet 17

This was the first chalet at Dunster Beach back in 1927 and At Chalet 17 they really have kept the theme in the chalet as close to original as possible! In keeping with its history they have used a 1927 theme for the decor, but have included all key essentials for your holiday. It is a beach-side chalet with an uninterrupted view of the sea. There is a large decking area overlooking the sea. A great place for a breakfast for two. A mini oven with two hot plates on top and a grill/oven underneath, the fridge is full sized with an ice compartment. Pimms No 1 was invented in 1823 so it fits well with your nostalgic holiday! Hot water is supplied by a small heater. Naturally, in 1927 and for many years, Chalets on Dunster Beach had no loos so that would be taking nostalgia too far! The wash area and loo is well lit by a small window and has a generous sized basin and hot water supply. The flat-screen TV has integral free-view and a DVD player. In 1927 most movies were silent, but the release of the Jazz Singer heralded the arrival of the ‘talkies’. Read the review from Woman’s Journal about the movies “What Twenty Million Go to See”.

Chalet 61

Chalet 61 really shows how this Dunster village accommodation option has its own unique charms. You get to enjoy great beach views and are also relatively close to the beach shop and café.
